the one(也就是Neo)具有一定程度控制所处环境的能力，他身处母体二十几年，所以简单训练就可以控制系统中守卫者的子弹（第一部），之后可以更自由地控制。在现实中与母体斗争了几年，所以可以控制乌贼（第三部），先知被感染后，Neo为了锡安的和平与母体谈判，消除病毒（原史密斯），然而在明知打不过的情况下，选择了被感染，这时的Neo所处的是病毒的环境中，所以有控制病毒的能力，他给出的程序指令是：消灭病毒。所以说消灭病毒的是Neo，先知因为病毒的消失而恢复，所以先知是存在的，并没有死。
