根据规定，正当防卫必须同时具备以下五个要件：
1、必须是为了使国家、公共利益，本人或者他人的人身、财产权利和其他权利免受不法侵害而实施的。这种不法侵害可能是针对国家、集体的，也可能是针对自然人的；可能是对本人的，也可能是针对他人的；可能是侵害人身权利，也可能是侵害财产或其他权利，只要是为了保护合法权益免受不法侵害而实施的行为，即符合本要件。
2、必须有不法侵害行为发生。所谓“不法侵害”，指对某种权利或利益的侵害为法律所明文禁止，既包括犯罪行为，也包括其违法的侵害行为。
3、必须是正在进行的不法侵害。正当防卫的目的是为了制止不法侵害，避免危害结果发生，因此，不法侵害必须是正在进行的，而不是尚未开始，或者已实施完毕，或者实施者确已自动停止。否则，就是防卫不适时，应当承担刑事责任。
4、必须是针对不法侵害者本人实行。即正当防卫行为不能对没有实施不法侵害行为的第三者（包括不法侵害者的家属）造成损害。
5、不能明显超过必要限度造成重大损害。正当防卫是有益于社会的合法行为，应受一定限度的制约，即正当防卫应以足以制止不法侵害为限。另一方面，不法侵害往往是突然袭击，防卫人往往没有防备，骤然临之，情况紧急，精神高度紧张。一般在实施防卫行为的当时很难迅速判明不法侵害的确实意图的危险程度，也没有条件准确选择一种恰当的防卫方式、工具和强度来进行防卫。因此，只要不是明显超过必要限度造成重大损害的，都应当属于正当防卫。
关于防卫过当刑事责任的规定，防卫过当应当负刑事责任。但因为正当防卫行为是不法侵害引起的，是为了使被不法侵害者所侵害的客体免受正在进行的不法侵害，所以“应当减轻或免除处罚”。
关于对正在进行的严重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪采取正当防卫行为不负责任的规定。本款是对第一款的重要补充。对于正在进行的行凶、杀人、抢劫、强奸、绑架以及其他严重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪，由于这些不法侵害行为性质严重，且强度大，情况紧急，因此，采取正当防卫行为造成不法侵害人伤亡和其他后果的，不属于防卫过当，不负刑事责任。所谓“其他严重危及人身安全的暴力犯罪”，是指与行凶、杀人、抢劫、强奸、绑架类似的暴力犯罪，如在人群中实施的爆炸犯罪等。
正当防卫是法律赋予公民的神圣权利，大学生应牢记这个权利，善于运用这个权利，保卫国家、公共利益，保卫本人和他人的合法权利。由此可知，所谓正当防卫，是指用给不法侵害者造成某种损害的方法，来保卫是公共利益、本人或他人的人身和其他权利的行为。正当防卫是公民同违法犯罪分子作斗争的一个法律武器，大学生应当掌握好这个武器。当遇到抢劫、盗窃、强奸、行凶、杀人、放火等等违法犯罪行为时，就要善于运用正当防卫行为来维护合法权利。
怎样正确运用正当防卫？
根据我国《刑法》的规定，实施正当防卫必须同时符合以下四个条件：
第一、只有在国家公共利益、本人或他人的合法权利受到不法侵害时；
第二、必须是在不法侵害正在进行的时候；
第三、必须是对不法侵害者本人实施防卫，而不能对无关的第三者实施；
第四、正当防卫不能超过必要的限度，造成不应有的损害。
当您准备进行防卫时，如果符合上述四个条件，那么，您就不必担心自己会负刑事责任了，而应积极勇敢地进行防卫。
哪些是非正当防卫呢？
既有正当防卫，那么就有非正当防卫。如果非正当防卫造成了损害，则应负相应的法律责任。非正当防卫主要有以下几种：
1、防卫过当。它是指行为人的实施正当防卫时，超过了正当防卫所需要的必要限度，并造成了不应有的危害行为。
2、防卫挑拨。它是指行为人故意挑逗对方，使对方对自己进行不法侵害，接着借口加害于对方。
3、防卫侵害了第三人，也叫局外防卫。它是指防卫者对正在进行的不法侵害以外的人实施的侵害行为。
4、假想防卫。它是指不法侵害行为根本不存在，由于行为人猜想、估计、推断不法侵害行为存在，而对其实施侵袭的一种不法侵害行为。
5、事前防卫，也叫提前防卫。它是指行为人在不法侵害尚未发生或者说还未到来的时候，而对准备进行不法侵害的人采取了所谓的防卫行为。
6、事后防卫。它是指在不法侵害终止后，而对不法侵害者进行的所谓防卫行为

速度的确比较慢，但是没有BT下载的了。
用ERP压制vob出错，请高手来解决下（内附log）
我比较喜欢看电影和记录片,所以我自己大量刻碟。 啥怪像都见过了，你这个问题应该不难。
压缩vob很简单，你别把问题想复杂化了。直接选中体积比较大的包含了影象的vob，复制到硬盘（请不要直接从光盘压缩，有时候会浪费你的时间），然后用ERP直接压缩就可以。
当然不要过分依赖ERP，事实上ERP也遇到有些东西都无法压缩，只能借助其他软件。看日志分析错误原因对我来说屁用没有，曾经不能压缩的12avi我成功把它降为25-30祯avi，可实际上ERP不能压缩的依然不能压缩。网上那些技术文章屁用没有。唯一有用的是换压缩软件。
比如你现在就遇到这个问题了。所以我帮你推荐几款其他软件，绝对是本人经常搭配使用的。这个不行换那个。包你能压遍天下文件。
1、ERP，这个不用说了。
2、Helix Producer Plus 我是9.01的。这个工具慢！不过非常霸道，ERP不能压的avi，它90%能压。不过似乎不支持VOB。你测试一下。我懒得试了。使用HP9.01要学会初始化设置，你网上搜索一下教程，到处都有。
3、avs video converter 注意，只有3.1可以下到破解版。其他高版本无破解。这个软件我没有完整压缩完一个文件过，不知道速度快慢如何？ ERP不能压的文件，它基本都能input并读出文件内部信息，所以应该压缩没问题。不过我一般用它看详细文件信息。不做压缩软件有。
4、VideoMach 我的版本是3.5.2。界面有点象HP，但内核完全不同。这软件一个字好！ERP不能压的它能。是否支持Vob请自己测试。
5、你现在正需要的软件：WinAVI 7.5。我是7.5的。我用这个软件压缩过Vob, 也压缩过无数Erp不能压缩的avi.
你那个Vob它99%能压缩。
但是这个软件有几个问题：
1, 说是能直接压缩成rmvb，但是那个速度之慢，但是我几次压缩完大的avi，电脑里没有找到压缩好的rmvb，郁闷死了，压缩小的avi没出现过问题。所以我建议选压缩AVI，万无一失，不要选直接压缩RM。
2， 压缩一开始完成度就显示0%，没几分钟就100%（假的100%，还有得等。。。）。刚开始所需要时间是5 6分钟，没几分钟就显示需要几万分钟，几十万分钟。一般新手会被吓得赶快关掉这个软件然后删除。其实不是的，时间和完成度它显示是乱的。不要理它。软件肯定是好的。不过压缩得有点慢。你压缩成avi过程中，可以预览。
上面几个软件你自己去搜索下载。迅雷可以解决很多死连。而且这些软件资源很多。我就不帮你搜索了。如果有高版本，你可以看看有没有出新的破解。
除了这些软件，其他的压缩rmvb的软件，我可以负责的说，都是垃圾。
怎么下载电脑版人类一败涂地
1、百度steam，进入steam官网（steam是国外的游戏发售平台，同时也拥有大量的中国用户）语言不是简中的可以在右上角language调；
2、下载steam客户端，注册账户；
